Marlene and her team are the absolute BEST. If I could I would give her 10 out of 10. Responsive, smart, knowledgeable, constantly available, hard working, spot-on market expertise, fierce negotiator, problem-solver, considerate of all sides, organized. These are just some of the ways I would describe her. She made a very stressful situation seem easy. I can't say enough about how she is an excellent broker and kind human being.
