Given I live out of state, and the rest of my family was involved in doing visits, the team was incredibly accommodating scheduling visits of potential apartments. As a first time home buyer, Dena was also incredibly thorough and detail oriented on providing me the info I needed to know, the questions I needed to ask and all the other little things to be aware of when purchasing a condo in a Gold Coast building. Very detailed in all walk throughs of apartments as well as the inspection and final walk through, as well as in negotiations and managing the offer and closing process. Very thankful for their guidance throughout the process!
