This is the fourth transaction we've done with Dena and her team, and per usual, it was top-notch service for the entire experience. One of the things that I think Dena does exceptionally well is helping her clients envision what a house can be. To that end, we are experienced buyers (as evidenced by the number of transactions) and know what we like, need, etc., so we will usually attend showings on our own to be efficient with everyone's time. Since schedules aligned, Dena came with us on this showing; we may have passed on the house if she wasn't with us to help us walk through what we could do to improve the functionality and long-term value of the home. Thanks to her market experience, creativity, and patience for my husband's long-winded questions, we put in an offer a few hours after the tour. We were the second showing, and knew that we needed to act fast given the given the competitiveness of the market. She worked quickly and strategically to guide us to the right offer, while also communicating effectively with the seller's agent to negotiate. After a few hours, the seller had accepted the offer, canceled the upcoming open house, and five showings they had scheduled for the following day. All in all, a successful and smooth transaction. We cannot recommend Dena enough.
