Todd Schwartz, Silvia Miner, Mike Robbins, Holly Spiegel-Miller & Kris Rabig were all fantastic during the entire mortgage process! They truly are my Dream Team. I've sung their praises to my family and friends who were amazed that my team was able to process and close on my condo (I can say that now :) so quickly & efficiently. I told my friends & family that my team made it happen because they care about their clients. They worked morning to night and weekends to expedite my closing date. My appreciation to all of them is endless. It was my lucky day when I met Silvia. She told me right from the start - don't worry, we'll hold your hand during the process and everything will be fine. Silvia was true to her word. I will highly recommend this team! You're the best! And what's unique about Todd Schwartz as a lender, is how after closing on the property, he continues to guide his clients along the way financially by sharing his expertise.
