Marlene sold our home before it went on the market. She is a shrewd negotiator and brings in the best people to do a pre sale inspection. This saved us post sale repairs and substantial dollars. Marlene provided us great service and peace of mind, she is the best!

I had an amazing experience working with Nicky McFarlane as my real estate agent. She truly went above and beyond to help me buy a home in the North Shore. I've worked with other agents before, and none of them compare to Nicky. She is exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable, and always on top of everything. Anytime I called her, she was ready to go--no matter the location or the situation. She was always willing to travel, research, and put in the extra effort to find exactly what fit my needs. She genuinely cared about making sure I found the right home and felt confident every step of the way. Nicky is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She is absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home and wanting an agent who truly goes above and beyond.

I had no idea any realtor could be this good! We ran into multiple obstacles mostly due to issue within my family. She made things happen at a pace that was impressive. She has numerous connections and sacrifices her personal time to make a deal happen. You cannot do better than Marlene.
