Dena is an exceptional realtor! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had. As first time home buyers she took an incredible amount of time listening to our wish lists, educating us on the local market, touring homes, and providing feedback on what we saw. On our many home tours Dena was an invaluable asset. She pointed out the positives and negatives of each home and offered great ideas on how they could be improved. She was very patient during our long search for a home and when it came time to make offers she held our hands through the entire process so we felt confident in our decisions. Once we found our dream home she did an excellent job negotiating and her unparalleled service continued through the closing process. As we move into our new home we're still benefiting from her expertise and Rolodex. The contractors and vendors she has recommended have all been amazing. Dena is the absolute best!
