Dena and Marlene were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond in every way. We had worked with other realtors on the sale of our past home, and although we were happy with their services, we didn't know what we had been missing until we worked with The Fox/Rubenstein Team. We truly felt like they had our best interests in mind every step of the way. They sold our house before every putting it on the market (for full price!) and negotiated the sale for our new home to a price we were really happy with. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have worked with Dena and Marlene to buy both a condo in the city as well as a house in the suburbs. For both experiences, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were really able to lead the process. They sold our condo in one day above asking price which completely exceeded our expectations.
