She knew the building, knew the area, gave us great advice on what to do, and not do, to get our place ready for the market, and she kept us well informed every step of the way. She made sure to be available for all assessments and inspections and even helped coordinate with the cleaners. We could not be happier with our experience.

My broker, Dena, was wonderful to work with! She is professional, responsive to any and all concerns, and moved the process along quickly once there was a bid. My only concern is that she suggested a much lower listing price for my townhome than I would have expected. We ultimately listed it much higher and got a cash sale for $6,000 over the asking price.
