Dena Fox and team delivered on everything we were looking for in a real estate agent and more! Dena's expertise in both the city and North Shore suburban market fit our needs perfectly, as we were selling our condo to purchase a single family home in the suburbs. We were totally confident in her knowledge & experience on both the buying and selling side. Dena was extremely patient during our 15+ month search process, and stuck with us through all of the uncertainty that the pandemic caused in our lives. She took the time to understand us and our preferences (and we had MANY specific preferences/needs) and we knew we could always trust her judgment and opinions - she always had our best interest at heart and would tell us the truth. She and her team worked hard to get us in to see houses quickly, had great intel/connections on properties coming on the market, and guided us well in what turned out to be such an incredibly competitive market. Dena was with us every step of the way through the purchase and closing process with a challenging seller, and we know we could not have had a better advocate from start to finish. And last but not least, once we were under contract on our new house, Dena exceeded all expectations on the sale of our city condo. We planned to list after we moved out, but Dena handled the whole showing, negotiation, and inspection while we were away on vacation - delivering multiple offers over asking with the closing date of our choice. We never imagined our sale would be so easy and timed so perfectly. We never hesitate to recommend Dena to anyone looking to buy or sell, she was simply the best and a lot of fun to work with!

Dena rocks. She was very early in recognizing that the market had changed with covid and developed the right marketing/listing/sales strategy accordingly. Her marketing plan involved selective showings to key relationships of hers, best-in-class photos/video/interactive walking your, 2 open houses, and no private showings post listing! We had 3 offers above ask within 48 hours, but more importantly, Dena set the ask way above what others thought it should be. We couldn't be more please how the process worked. We recommend her wholeheartedly.
