Marlene is fabulous to work with! She is dedicated to making sure every detail is taken care of, every question is answered, every concern addressed. She has contacts with great resources and professionals (i.e. inspectors, appraisers etc.) and makes all the arrangements for you. She is generous and attentive with her time and cares about you in every step of the process. Marlene explained everything so that there was no anxiety or second thought and made sure any decision that needed to be made was the best one for me.
