My broker, Dena, was wonderful to work with! She is professional, responsive to any and all concerns, and moved the process along quickly once there was a bid. My only concern is that she suggested a much lower listing price for my townhome than I would have expected. We ultimately listed it much higher and got a cash sale for $6,000 over the asking price.
