Working with Marlene, Dena and their entire team of professionals was a total dream. They have a knack for understanding life situations, ebbs and flows, and sensitive touchpoints that, when overlooked, make the real estate industry feel so difficult and cold. They were able to keep pace with all of our start-stop demands as clients and were always three steps ahead. At one particularly difficult point in the negotiation process I think I even told Marlene I loved her. Buying and selling homes is such a personal art and this team is the best to have in your corner. I would recommend them to all family, friends and colleagues in the Chicagoland area.
